Worked on the Core Vacation Services team on the Proxima Initiative which is an in-house built reservation system at Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), designed to handle all aspects of customer reservations, bookings, and related services. The Core Vacation Services team is responsible for providing the foundational APIs, Decision Model and Notation (DMN) tools, and data for the Proxima reservation system. Managed a team of 3 developers, 2 QA testers, and an engineer through an Outsystems to PowerApps rebuild of PLM Connect. PLMC is a project/product lifecycle management tool used by hundreds of retailers across the US to track the progress of new products being developed from idea to store shelves.

Led data warehouse team consisting of developers, architect, and production support specialists. Prioritized the development of our Data Warehouse platform. Continuously communicated with stakeholders and leadership on progress from project concept to launch. Projects ranged from small database changes to entire data loads from source systems and generating automated reports/files for regulatory and federal regulation purposes.

Managed data, reports, and applications affected by the Bank of the West acquisition. Created requirements and Change Requests for break fixes, criteria changes, and report changes that were affected by the acquisition/migration. Worked with numerous teams/groups, connecting different systems/processes and determining how data should be merged across the different systems of BMO and Bank of the West.

Led requirements gathering, sprint planning, and testing for Mass Tort legal applications. These applications collect large amounts of data, medical, and pharmaceutical information for each person part of a class action or mass tort cases.Applications include Settlement/Finance, OCR/NLP, Lien Resolution and Correspondence.

Worked in Wholesale Financial Crimes Risk Control with business partners, policy teams, technology managers, and development teams to elicit requirements for the migration of Financial Institutions and their due diligence profiles from an outdated platform to a platform built for corporate customers. Major enhancements were identified as FIs required additional data, due diligence, and investigations. The enhancements and procedures needed were identified to ensure all gaps were closed and risk is mitigated.

Worked in Marketing Technology with business partners, technology managers, and development teams to stand up new Rest based microservices to support upstream applications and DB2 to Oracle conversion. Collaborated with React developer to stand up a portal to include testing tools, health and performance monitoring for middleware APIs as well as ETL jobs, and LOB metrics related to marketing campaigns and offers.

Worked in Data Domain Management and Data Management & Insight with business partners and technology managers to replace an overly complex, inefficient data management landscape with a simplified target state organized around data domains and new set of governance accountabilities.

Worked in GBAM Technology Data Management with business clients and developers analyzing data, testing fixes and enhancements to applications. I was mostly involved in analyzing data I queried using SQL Server, created reports, tested application items and reported findings.

Worked in Retail Risk Technology with business clients and developers adding new features, enhancements, and fixes to enterprise risk assessment applications. I was responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, testing, managing progress and ensuring deadlines were being met.

Worked in Global Information Security (GIS) on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team. On-boarded applications to the Central Security Database (CSDB) and ensured compliance with security standards, policies and procedures. This is a crucial part to bank security to ensure proper access and credentials are applied to business and customer applications.

Developed/converted multiple Lotus Notes applications to web applications using AngularJS and HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript. The web applications were needed to ensure site operations are maintained but were very outdated. Many were originally written in IBM Lotus Notes or Visual FoxPro so an upgrade has been in dire need.
